Sustainable Pastures - CONSULTING PLAN

We use the model of Equiculture and the Equicentral system as well as advice from Tasmania's National Resource Management practices, to assist you in the design of sustainable pastures for your property.   Read about sustainable pasture management under the Equiculture system (in our PDF below) and engage us to provide a detailed plan which includes aerial images of your property, clear overlays without, and with options, for you to clearly visualise how your property could be laid out.  This layout is unique to your property.

There will be images of your existing setup that we will require of your property to get started.  We provide you a list of what we need from you.   From our aerial investigations we identify your land contours and waterways to ensure the plan designed allows for these aspects.

Designing sustainable paddocks and implementing management practices will aid in the health of your horses and the cost of feeding your equine friends.

You will also be given password access to numerous supporting PDF documents - our library of resources for sustainable pasture management is extensive.   

Our plans provide a full report - an explanatory report in how the design we prepare for your property benefits your property and all the various areas dissected into the plan i.e.  'sacrifice paddock' and/or 'holding yard';  perimeter trail - which aids in healthy hooves, eliminates boredom and mimics normal herd grazing behaviour.

Our planning for your property will make suggestions - to suit your property size, so that you can maximise your pastures, used to feed your horses and maintain their health.
